4. Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after our sales team verifies availability and confirms the order with the customer.

Phoneparts.pk reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders due to stock shortages.
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors.
• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

5. Product Verification Before Dispatch

To ensure customer satisfaction:

• Every spare part is inspected before dispatch.
• Pictures and videos of the actual product may be shared with the customer before shipment.
• Products are packed after quality inspection.

Once the customer approves the product or proceeds with the order, it will be dispatched accordingly.

6. No Return, No Replacement & No Refund Policy

All sales made through Phoneparts.pk are final.

Customers are requested to verify their required model carefully before confirming the order.

Since electronic spare parts are sensitive items and may be damaged due to improper installation or handling, we do not accept returns or replacement requests after dispatch.

7. Shipping & Courier Liability

Orders are shipped through third-party courier companies operating within Pakistan.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier company:

• Phoneparts.pk is not responsible for courier delays.
• Phoneparts.pk is not responsible for damaged parcels during transit.
• Phoneparts.pk is not responsible for lost parcels.
• Phoneparts.pk is not responsible for misplaced shipments.
• Phoneparts.pk is not responsible for theft or mishandling by courier services.

Any shipping-related issue must be reported directly to the courier company. We will reasonably cooperate by providing booking or tracking information where available.

8. Installation Responsibility

All mobile phone spare parts should be installed only by experienced mobile repair technicians.

Phoneparts.pk shall not be responsible for:

• Physical damage during installation.
• Broken LCDs.
• Torn flex cables.
• Water damage.
• Electrical damage.
